There is nothing I love more than researching cute spots to take photos, especially in the Fall. Everything is that much better during this time of year between the colors, the props (pumpkins, leaves) and the clothing. I enjoy Fall activities just as much as any basic girl but to get a few pictures in addition, makes it a little more fun. Here are some places that I am excited to visit to make my Insta pop during this spooky season! 🙂

Orchards.

Red makes everything pop! The vibrancy of an apple makes any picture stand out that much more! Apple picking is the perfect place to get yourself a healthy snack to bring home, enjoy some cider and also pose with an apple. Such a cute and simple prop!

Pumpkin Patch.

There are so many fun things you can do when getting pictures at the pumpkin patch! Of course a pumpkin is your main prop so you can use it to sit on, hold in front of your face, carry at your hip and even more! Plus, some patches will even have a farmer’s market, corn maze and hay rides. So much fun and also picture opportunity in one setting!

Local Park.

One of the treasures of this wonderful season are falling leaves. Almost every park has a bunch of trees which means colorful, crisp falling leaves. Leaves and trees make for perfect scenery with also a nice touch of color! You can always hold a leave in front of your face and do something with that.

Cemetery.

This is one that I have not done before. I have seen photos taken at cemeteries before and I have to say, it is pretty cool and they look good. Although, I will say it does seem a little eerie and disrespectful? I personally don’t feel that this is an issue as long as you are not stepping on gravestones, defacing any property or doing anything that can be deemed impolite. This kind of location is the perfect place to add a spooky/Halloween feel to any feed!

Coffee Shop.

PSL, is there anything else to say? Pumpkin spice is a staple for this season and a coffee shop is the perfect place to get your fix! As much as I love my Starbucks, I love a cute coffee shop. My favorite coffee shop, especially for this time of year is Witches Brew in West Hempstead, NY. The vibe is spooky, yet chill. The name says it all. A cup of coffee and a stylish atmosphere are the perfect ingredients for an Insta worthy pic!
