Ten Things I Always Have On Me.

What is the one thing that you always need to have with you? For me, that is too hard of a question. I’m the kind of gal that always has a pocketbook with her. I carry so many things with me each and everyday that it blows my mind to think guys (typically) don’t use anything like that. My pockets are definitely not enough storage for me.

The items I have on me are things I either need or are “you never know”. I can narrow down to a select some of items that are always on me so whether I have my big and bulky bag or a small, compact thing, I always carry these things with me.

Chapstick.

I don’t like the “dry” feeling so to have chapstick on me to keep my lips moisturized is a must. I know I’m not the only one out there that keeps chapstick/lip balm on them at all times!

Peppermint Essential Oil.

Peppermint has SO many uses. Since I am prone to migraines, it is great to have this oil on me for a temporary relief. Sometimes nausea even accompanies my migraines and the peppermint helps as a fix for that as well.

Reusable Straws.

As much as I hate leaving a sticky and/or wet straw in my bag after using it, it’s worth it. I’m sure you guys have seen me say multiple times that I am trying to pursue more of an eco-friendly lifestyle. Whenever I am out, there is a great chance I am going to be getting food so it’s best to have my metal straws at the ready.

Keys.

If I have things on me that means I’m out and about which of course means I need my keys. I am driving somewhere and it won’t get me very far without them. Some times I will even just grab my spare and carry that around because it is much less bulky than having keychains, store tags, house keys and all that with me.

Wallet.

ID, debit card, money, any cards in my wallet are important to have on you. If I leave the house for whatever reason, it is best to keep my wallet by my side. I’m sure this is one that goes for each person!

Phone.

I think this is a no brainer. In this day and age, we all have our phones on us at all times. Whether I want to listen to a podcast in the car, share a quick story on Instagram or send a text, I have my phone on me to do it all.

Lotion.

Just like with the chapstick, the dryness has to go. I don’t know if this is a good thing but I use lotion after each time I wash my hands. Some days I leave the house and just need to put some on to reapply so it is super convenient to keep a small bottle in my bag.

Notebook and Pen.

I do tend to just write things down on the notepad on my phone because it’s more accessible. My phone is usually in my hand so it’s easier than digging through my bag for the notebook and the pen but I always like to have paper on me. Maybe a blog idea or something I need to look back on later. I have a love for writing so it makes me feel good to have them on me.

Pura Vida Bracelets.

Everyday I am wearing my PV bracelets. It is rare when I leave the house without my bracelets and rings. The majority of my rings are also from PV so I can slide those in here also 🙂 . They are a great fashion piece and I feel that I encompass their brand’s vibe into my daily life so it only makes sense to wear them each and every day. I am an ambassador for them as well so if you’re interested in 20% off your orders, use discount code, SamanthaJayson20 🙂 .

Scrunchie/Clip.

I love to have my hair down but I am one to throw my hair up randomly throughout the day. I also have a preference to tie my hair back when I eat. So whether I am eating, it is windy out, it’s a hot day and so on, it is best for me to have item to get my hair out of my way.

Not everyone is the same. Not everyone, girl or guy, needs to have some kind of bag on them in order to leave the house. But that makes me wonder, what is at least one thing that you need to remember to bring with you before you leave the house?

I just wanted to give a quick ‘thank you’ to those who read my blogs, or even if this is your first one you’ve clicked on! I absolutely appreciate it 🙂 Until next time…

See ya,
